By using our services and making payments by credit card via the payment processor Stripe ®, you agree to comply with this Fulfillment Policy. Selfcare Catalyst LLC prioritizes the security and privacy of payment information processed through Stripe ®. All financial transactions are conducted securely through Stripe's ® payment gateway, and sensitive information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be accessed on our website www.selfcarecatalyst.com.
At Selfcare Catalyst LLC, we ensure that the services we provide are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all complaints about the services we render very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand our refund policy. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars. Currency conversion rates are determined by Stripe's ® payment system.

Deposit Policy:
Clients are not required to place a deposit for services, however on a case by case basis this can be considered if a client would like to secure their place in a program or workshop. This deposit, once agreed upon by both Selfcare Catalyst LLC and Client, would be subtracted from the total investment for product or service and is non refundable.
